To continue providing thorough and timely service, Tech Castle will be implementing a $40 diagnostic fee, due at the time your device is dropped off for evaluation. If you choose to move forward with the recommended repair, the full $40 diagnostic fee will be applied toward the cost of the repair. Please note that not all devices are eligible for service. Tech Castle reserves the right to decline any device if, in our professional judgment, the repair is not practical due to factors such as the condition of the device, parts availability, repair complexity, or if the cost of repair is likely to exceed the value of the device.
